take to get Swift's WiMAX service installed ?
Within 3
business days depending on the premises and installation complexity.Once
your location is WiMAX service certified and the installation
is simple,it only takes up to 3 business days from the time
of order.
How will I know if
my location is WiMAX service certified or not?
A site survey, equipment
installation and some minor cabling.
What equipment will
you be providing ?
1 outdoor unit / 1 indoor
unit and power cable to connect the outdoor and indoor units.
This may vary according to installation requirements at premises.
Can you also Wi-Fi
our office ?
Yes, we will have our
Marketing team contact you to discuss further on this.There
will be a separate package for this.
Do you also connect
our office equipment for internet access ?
Our termination point
is upto our indoor unit/ outdoor unit.Upon request, we can connect
the broadband to the customers equipment (eg: PC/ Laptop/ Router/
Accesspoint).
Will my
daily operations be interrupted during the installation process
?
No our team is experienced
and efficient , they will be able to work with your personnel
to co-ordinate on the installation and at an appropriate time
schedule.
